TPG Seafood Sauce
 (tomatoes, peppers, garlic)

6-8 Sun Dried Tomatoes

6-8 Pepperoncini Peppers in vinegar

6-8 Cloves of Garlic

Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper

Season fish with salt and pepper.

I use Tuna

 

Finely chop Tomatoes, Peppers & Garlic

Add 2-3 tablespoons of juice from tomatoes and peppers each.

Add 1/3 cup olive oil

Season with salt.

Cook fish on Grill until white and flaky.

When fish is removed from grill, generously cover with TPG sauce.

Eat....Hmmmmm.
