Fajitas




  •  16 oz jar of good salsa

  •  11 oz can of whole kernel sweet corn

  •  Burrito size flour tortillas

  •  1 Onion

  •  Jack cheese

  •  Your favorite grilled or left-over meat

Mix Salsa and corn together.

Dice Onion

Grate cheese

Heat tortilla on griddle or over open gas burner

Place 2 - 3 tablespoons of meat on tortilla

Place 2 tablespoons of corn salsa mix on meat

Add diced onion and graded cheese.

Wrap and roll.


 

Place fixings in tortilla, Wrap and Roll
